Description : With a greater degree of sensitivity and accuracy. Comprises of two metal frames connected by a pivoted link which also carries a spirit level. Each frame of size approx. 170 x 47 mm overall, the total depth of the complete assembly being
about 75 mm. The wire under test is held in self-centering steel chucks capable of holding wires of upto 1.2 mm diameter (18 s.w.g.). Provided with a micrometer head
reading to 0.01 mm for readjusting the spirit level. Supplied complete with a ceiling bracket, itself having a pair of chucks identical to those on the main frames. A counterpoise weight and a suitable wire are also provided . Supplied without
slotted weights.
