Description : This apparatus consist of a heavy casted base plate screwed
with 13 mm diameter steel rod. Two plastic bases are
mounted on the rod to hold two units. Solenoid unit having a
mumetal core which insures immediate release of ball on
energizing, gate switch unit comprises a hinged steel plate
held against a permanent magnet so that with proper
adjustment the plate falls promptly with the impact of falling
ball. Connections with color coded 4 mm sockets. A
centisecond timer is used, with this apparatus.
