2 latex foam blocks; 4 elastic cords with eyelets; 4 soft rubber erasers; one 900 mm length of valve rubber tubing; 50 g reels of bare copper wire 0.280 mm and 0.450 mm; 2 wide steel springs of size 130 x 80 mm length x diameter, 4½ turns; 25 expendable steel springs with ends bent to form hooks.
